EZ Rover development and pricing
EZ Rover is a development concept. The $2,500 USD deposit and approximately $5,000 total product price are preliminary. Performance, compatibility, specifications, price, shipping, and delivery timing are not finalized. No delivery date is promised.
Rover deposits, cancellations, and warranty
The $2,500 USD deposit is credited in full toward the final product purchase price. It is non-refundable for customer change-of-mind cancellations, except where a refund is required by law. If EZ Industrial cancels an order or cannot fulfill it, payments for that order will be refunded. Applicable rights relating to shipment delays, defective goods, or other statutory remedies are not waived.
EZ Industrial provides a one-year limited warranty beginning on delivery of a new EZ Rover. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use, with proper care, cleaning, storage, and maintenance in accordance with the supplied operating and maintenance instructions. Care and maintenance requirements will be provided before purchase and with the unit. Commercial or rental use is outside this consumer warranty unless separately agreed in writing. EZ Industrial will repair or replace a defective product or affected component at no charge for covered parts, labor, or necessary standard shipping. The warranty excludes normal wear, consumables worn through ordinary use, cosmetic damage not caused by a defect, and damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper care, failure to perform required maintenance, or operation contrary to supplied instructions. A care or maintenance issue excludes coverage only for damage caused by that issue; it does not automatically void coverage for an unrelated manufacturing defect. A defect in a consumable present at delivery is not excluded merely because it is a consumable.
To request warranty service, email ericleehenderson@gmail.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and available photos. Contact us before shipping a return so we can provide instructions. If repair or replacement cannot resolve a covered defect, an appropriate remedy will be provided as required by applicable law. This warranty does not limit statutory rights. Changes published later apply to future purchases; existing purchasers retain the warranty offered when they ordered.
Deposit checkout and remaining balance
The amount collected now is $2,500 USD for a pre-order deposit, not a completed or immediately available product. The estimated remaining balance is $2,500 based on an approximate $5,000 total price. Final product price, applicable taxes, shipping, compatibility requirements, delivery arrangements, and balance due will be confirmed for your agreement before any balance payment. No remaining balance is charged automatically. The development schedule is uncertain, and no delivery date is currently confirmed. Keep your Stripe payment record and private confirmation-page link. Your applicable cancellation and refund rights remain in effect.
